Notes: Darker, more strongly marked, cleaner white brow, darker grey crown than Brown
Treecreeper. Female: rufous upper margin to white brow. Nominate ssp affinis rump, tertials
greyer than rest of upperparts; ssp superciliosa brown rump, tertials. Usually on trunks of
tall mulga, casuarinas, pines in (semi-)arid zones.
