Little or no red on neck. Underwing,
undertail suffused w. sulphur yellow.
Nominate ssp pastinator ("Muir's Corella") very restricted
range.
Ssp derbyi (AKA butleri "Butler's Corella" ) smaller, expanding
S-ward: cf Little Corella
w. shorter crest held less forward, shorter upper mandible. Flocks noisy
in flight, feed on seeds
of grasses, weeds, bulbs of Guildford (Onion) Grass.
