Notes: Large, dark. Curved top to long heavy bill; flat head; white base to tail. Wing trailing edge
dark, cf Grey Currawong. Juvenile dark eye, yellow gape. Ssp ashbyi sooty plumage, long tail,
short bill, little white in wings & tail, in Otway Ranges; nebulosa larger, long tail, short bill, back
sooty black, sooty below; robinsoni smaller, on the Atherton Tablelands; magnirostris short tail,
massive bill, white wing patch larger; crissalis smaller, long tail & bill, white wing patch small.
