Notes: Medium size, long legs, short white erectile crest. Greatly elongated upper
mandible. Red 'cut-throat' & face. Orbital-patch oval & pale blue. Cf Little Corella.
Gregarious. Noisy in flight. Feeds on bulbs, corms & large seeds on the ground.
Native to SE Aust but numerous feral populations, typically in other suburban areas.
