Notes: White pigeon w. black outer wings & secondaries. Broad black tip to uppertail. Black spots
on rear flanks, grading to black bars on undertail coverts. Undertail white w. narrow black edge.
Yellowish bill. The Pied Imperial Pigeon of SE Asia differs by its plain white thighs & undertail
coverts, & dark-tipped bluish bill. Arboreal fruit feeder. Most migrate from New Guinea for the
summer to breed.
