The TT30 Cab/Chassis was built by Iveco and Scam. The Module by TravelTrucks.
I have made several additions and changes to TT30, marked with ¥.

Engine: 3.0 L bi-turbo diesel. 4 cylinder/16 valve 170hp/125kW 295ftlb/400Nm.
Transmission: 2 x 2 x 6 speed manual = 24 forward, 4 reverse gears; permanent all-wheel drive.
Diff Locks: Centre, Rear, Front. Replacement controller^¥ by Incoll & Tuck.
Fuel tanks: 90L OEM + 160L auxiliary by TravelTrucks. Strengthened aux. tank bracket^¥.
Pre-Filter^¥. A fuel pre-filter with visible water trap in front of the house battery.
Wheels: 17 x 9 Steel Rims by Geco^¥ with offset sufficient for vented front discs^¥ +
37 x 12.50 R 17 Hankook MT tyres^¥ + PressureTemperatureMonitoringSystem^¥.
Brakes: Vented front disc by Vari Racing^¥, rear drum, mod by BHSS (Brisbane)^¥.
ABS mod to diagonal split^¥. ABS-off switchable^¥.
Front Leaf Springs: Extra hyperbolic leaf^¥ added to reduce nose-down, level.
Starter Battery: 110Ah. Alternator: 180A. Upper Head Lights: Activated^¥.
Bull Bar: TravelTrucks Alloy Type T1. Snorkel: Ridgeline^¥. Winch: Sherpa 5454kg Back2Front.
Air Compressor^¥: mounted in boot. Under-tray Storage Boxes^¥: aluminium, left and right.
Horn^¥: extra, low note horn, switchable. Lights:^¥, cabin-, perimeter-, step-, front work-lights^¥.
Cameras^¥: Reversing (near + far fields), Rear View (near + far fields with guidance).
Personal Location Beacon^¥: Model MT410G GPS PLB registered with AMSA.gov.au.
Tare: 4100kg GVM: 4495kg but could go to 5200kg without changes. No adBlue!

Expedition Module: One-piece moulded seamless 25mm foam core composite fibreglass.
Cabinetry: all fibreglass panels and drawers for a rot-proof life.
Pop Top Roof: 8 screened windows in 3-layer vinyl skirt. Electric motors on kinetic mounts^¥
to raise and lower for carport access, high-cube shipping container. Thule Omnistor 4900
wind-out awning^¥. Victron solar panels^¥ on top on rails^¥ for ventilation, easy maintenance.
Kinetic Suspension: on sub-frame. Windows: Dometic screened & blockout blinds.
Door: Gull Wing with internal security door. Remote locking^¥ with Cabin doors. Timed Entry Light.
Duck-through: to cabin. Awning: Thule Omnistor 4900 3 x 2 m. wind-out^¥.

House Battery: Drop-in 3x120Ah=360Ah LiFePO₄^¥ batteries with Bluetooth monitoring.
Solar: 3 x 215W_p Victron panels^¥ on roof, Victron 100/50 MPPT regulator^¥ with Bluetooth manager.
DC-DC Charger^¥: Switchable, isolated 30A, 60A. Or DVSR to a max of 125A direct from alternator.
Inverter^¥: Victron 3000 VA for mains outlets, Induction Cooktop, and fridge.
230V AC Power^¥: Licenced install of 4 dual power points and cooktop supply.
Mains battery Charger^¥: External power inlet to 15A Victron charger.
Fans: Caframo Sirocco 12V fans mounted above bed, and above^¥ cooktop.
Cooktop^¥: dual DeLonghi Induction 230V. Fridge/freezer: 110L 12/230V Dometic Waeco CRX110^¥.
USB/lighter Sockets: 2 OEM + extras^¥ in dash, under cooktop, next to touch Panel.
Lighting: kitchen, washroom lights locally switched; ceiling lights added.
Bed: permanent double^¥ (Ikea Hafslo) 2000 x 1800 with memory-foam topper^¥. Seats: two leather.
Table swivels to position. Fresh water: 185L. Purifier: Seagull 4 System by General Ecology Inc.
Water Filling: by pump or gravity^¥. Shower: Internal & external showers. Shower Rail^¥.
Grey water: 50L. Toilet: Thetford C200, 17L waste cassette, chemical-free SOG system^¥.
Diesel Air & Water Heater: Webasto ThermoTop C supplied from main diesel tank^¥, can be
started^¥ from the bed.
