Notes: Female larger. Large, dark. Long wings extend to tail tip.
No white on tail.
Broad grey supercilium, blackish face. Broad light grey band
extends along
scapulars and onto tertials. Voice: Weird rich staccato ending in
wild laugh.
Eucalypt forest, mostly on hills, ridges; also mangroves. Hawks
insects in clearings.
