Notes: Bigger, slimmer than Short-tailed Shearwater, w. longer more slender bill;
flat crown; broad pale patch on outer underwing w. diagonal streaking.
In flight, wings stiff, straight; wing-tips routinely bow and flex. Moults May-Jul,
unlike Short-tailed. Greatly outnumbered by Short-tailed Sep-May.
