of wing. Adult: red iris. Female is smaller than male. Juvenile: brown iris, pinkish bill.
Primarily eat seeds, fruits, flowers of native & introduced trees, shrubs, particularly
Norfolk Island Pine, Norfolk Island Palm in winter.
