Notes: Sister to Grey Gerygone (Gerygone igata) of New Zealand, but longer bill,
darker tail, more nervous song. Olive-brown above; pale grey face; white broken
eyering, small dark patch in front of eye. Adult iris red-brown, juvenile pale yellowish.
