Notes: Large black-and-white waterbird with distinctive cranial knob & striking orange legs
& feet. Adult has dull pink facial skin & base of strongly hooked bill. Cranial knob grows
progressively w. age. Female has a smaller knob than the male. Juvenile has dusky grey face,
no cranial knob. Gregarious. Feeds in freshwater swamps, grasslands.
