Notes: Boldly streaked and mottled white. Dark cap w pale spots behind. White gape-stripe
to below eye. Bare patch of dull pinkish skin around the eye surrounded by orangish feathers,
w. yellow tuft behind. White "rosethorns" at tips of greater wing coverts and tertials.
Sedentary. Takes insects, fruits, nectar from rainforest trees, shrubs.
