skin blue to bluish white;
characteristic horn-coloured bony casque & a variety
of mainly red facial appendages, w. black
filoplumes on hindneck; plumage mainly
blackish grey, w. white spots & vermiculations. Female
similar to male but averages
smaller. Mostly terrestrial but roosts in trees.
