Notes: Small. Olive-green upperparts. Male: upperparts suffused golden, golden olive-brown face,
wings; all underparts, crown, nape golden-yellow, pale buff eye. Female: Grey underparts; shorter
tail; iris & bill darker than male. Immature male like adult female for several years. Forages on
mostly fruits, particularly from vines, also flowers, buds, also arthropods.

Range from Morcombe^© restricted to higher-elevation rainforest.
