Notes: Slender. Upper grey-brown w. fine pale margins. No nuchal crest. Streaked face, sides
of neck & throat. Breast pale buff w. prominent dark streaking, rest of underparts rich orange-
buff & unmarked. Juvenile spotting of upperparts, pink gape, broader pale tail tip. Great
Bowerbird can co-occur. Builds a large avenue bower on a stick platform. In lowland eucalypt &
paperbark woodlands.
