Notes: Red face; black & yellow wing which in flight is a broad wing bar. Male: black & white
head w. red to forecrown, extending to or beyond back of eye. Female: red on face less extensive,
stops at middle of eye, not reaching forecrown; black of crown mottled greyish-buff, side of head
less white. Introduced. In open modified environments; generally sedentary.
