bold white eyebrow;
pale legs; displaying distented air sack. Female: smaller,
browner crown w. variable
pale patch; dusky blotches on back. Juvenile: lacks
black breastband; legs, bill pinkish.
Omnivorous, nomadic. Dry grassland,
savanna, stubble, plowed fields.
